Verena von Lichtenberg’s studio is located near Versailles, in a traditional stone farmhouse offering generous space and high ceilings. This wide and luminous environment answers the artist’s essential need for openness, breath, and freedom in her creative process.

Nature is deeply present here. Horses from the surrounding farm move freely and sometimes approach the studio openings, quietly observing the ongoing work. In the early morning, deer can often be seen near the large glass windows, while wild boars occasionally leave traces of their passage across the land.

The studio is wrapped in old climbing rose bushes, whose delicate fragrance connects the architecture to the surrounding landscape. This living presence of nature deeply nourishes the creative process. Between silence, light, and living matter, the studio becomes a place of constant dialogue between artwork and world.
